SMGC Maintenance A new owner took over a golf course and wanted to save the old structures while making them look nice and functional to last.  We did the grade work around the building and the concrete/asphalt.  The interior got three levels with three entry’s and separate functions for the bays.  The framing was done, ventilation added and the metal R Panel siding installed.  The roof was redone and cabinets built for the interior.       WSO They wanted a work shop and office added to an existing detached garage.  The bottom floor is the work shop and the 2nd story the office.  To make it a separate functional building from the main house a full bath kitchen and laundry closet were added.  Thus when they went to work there was no reason to go back to the house.
