The driving range at Stone Mountain was an after thought and non revenue generation asset.  We were hired to change this.  The biggest problem was there was no sewage and thus no bathrooms.  We dug and dynamited 1000’ to install sewage pipe on this granite mountain.  The remake turned the range into a teaching center and golf club making profit center as well as making a golf outing much better for the customers.  Note the ball machine change, the tee area, bathrooms, parking area and architecture.

 

 

 

Lake #1

The Stone Mountain Golf Course wanted a starter’s shack at the #1 hole.  We took the project from raw land to a fully functional building with water and electricity.  We stayed with the same style as the other buildings we did on the course.  We remodeled two other starter shacks on the course.

 

 

 

SMGC Bathrooms

These are pictures of two of the five bathroom remodels we did at the Stone Mountain course.  The exteriors were redone along with the interiors.  A number received pavers around the building.

Here is an example of office space finish out work.  This job required reconfiguring the partion walls and moving the bathrooms.

 

 

 

Courtyards

We did a number of jobs for Marriott at Courtyards, Residence Inns and Fairfield’s.  The work ranged from replacing all property doors, to remodeling all bathrooms, to building SPA’s to bars, to interior finish out, to fences to the signature gazebos at Courtyards and more.  These are some pictures of gazebo remodels.
