 Decks & Porches
From simply making your current deck a larger more usable space, to building from scratch, we can design and build a custom deck to fit your needs. One story or two, wood or slate; we can make it happen. Porches or Screen Porches bring the outdoors inside with a casual living area. These outdoor living spaces can provide you with many years of enjoyable use. Whether relaxing in your sunroom or sitting in your screened porch while it rains, or entertaining family and friends on the weekend; outdoor living spaces add fun and relaxation to our busy lives. Other outdoor specialties include gazebos, arbors, pergolas or whatever you need to create the ideal place to relax or entertain.

Commercial

We will finish out space or remodel an existing space.  We have worked with building departments and have been licensed to build commercial buildings.  These jobs are usually time sensitive and we will work within those constraints.  We have an extensive history of working with Marriott on a number of properties as well as restaurants and general space finish out.

Barns/Out Buildings
We build metal pole and truss barns and wood pole and truss barns clad in the siding of your choice.  They can be a great source of catchments for rainwater.  We have a source that makes 6” box gutters affordable.  Galvalume roofs are the most affordable option and another catchments plus.  Some people like to have dirt on the floor And others prefer concrete.  If you want the inside finished with livable space we can do it for you.

Outdoor Kitchens
Because people are staying in their houses and expanding outdoors bringing the outside inside maybe an outdoor kitchen will make things work better for you.  Our design looks at weather elements as well as layout and functionality.  We want to make it easy to cook outdoors without a great deal of maintenance.  We can make it simple, and with ambiance.

Specialties
Is there something you want to add or change in your house?  Maybe organize the closet, a water feature, exterior finish, a fireplace,  a bay or bow window with a window seat, the foyer, the lighting, shelving, a stairwell, a mud room, the laundry room and the like.  We will take your ideas and transform them into reality making your life easier and your settings more in tune with where you are now.

Concrete/Stonework                       
With concrete if you need a foundation, driveway, walkway, wall, concrete replacement or the like we are your source.  From the heavy equipment to layout to knowledge of consistency for a lasting product we have the experience.  Stamped concrete and acid staining are two popular finishes we have worked with on projects.  We do “real” stucco and virtually all types of masonry work.

Demo/Reclaimed
We source old wood and metal products.  From our resources we can build a new building or take an old one and make it look old and rustic.  There is no limit to the extent except imagination.  Say you have a pump house that is an eye sore.  We will make it structurally sound then spice it up with old wood and/or metal.  A little something to blend in with the land.  We also will take on demolition projects for reclamation or simply to clear space for something different.

Universal Design
Universal design is making sure space is compliant with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).  We have a certification through NAHB as a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS).  Many components of universal design are applied to every job we undertake.  Its about thinking a design through with what ifs and things that just make sense to make a space easier to operate and move about.
